About my private practice
Within my private practice I offer one to one counselling and can support individuals who are struggling with many areas including anxiety management and depression. I will provide you with a safe space to explore these issues and can provide tools and techniques to help you move forward. I blend person centred and CBT therapy for the benefit of my clients. By using a pluralistic approach, you are in the driving seat with how you want the sessions to proceed - whether it be exercise focused or pure talking therapy.
Face to face Counselling
I offer face to face counselling services from an office in Peterborough City Centre.
The site is within walking distance of numerous car parks, and is also a short walk from the central bus station and mainline train station.

Online & Telephone Counselling
I offer online and telephone counselling services that can fit around your busy schedules and take place in your own surroundings. This is a convenient way for us to meet and work through your presenting issues.
ONLINE
Sessions take place over Zoom, so we can work 'face to face' over camera if you're happy having your camera switched on.
If you have never used Zoom before, I can send you instructions on how to set it up.
TELEPHONE
Sessions will take place over the phone and I will call the number of your choosing at the time agreed.
Online or telephone therapy allows you have counselling sessions in the comfort of your home, and may be easier to work around your busy schedules. Remote counselling also eliminates the time and cost of travelling to a face to face location. Another benefit of online or telephone counselling is that it may be more accessible to certain individuals.
Prices.
£40 per 60 minute session, payable by bank transfer 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. I also accept card and contactless payments for face to face sessions only.
I offer a concession rate for counselling students. Other concession groups will be considered depending on individual circumstances, including blue light workers, ex-military and those in receipt of benefits. Contact me for further details.
The first payment will be double the agreed rate to cover one missed appointment. If there are no missed appointments, the fee will be used to cover the last session.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with less than 48-hours notice, or do not arrive for a session at all, then the full fee is still payable and will be taken from the initial payment.
